Each year editors at Window & Door Magazine painstakingly search to find retailers and distributors that go above and beyond in marketing, customer service, contributions to the community or industry, and showroom design. They consider thousands of businesses and narrow it down to eight 'Dealer of the Year' awards in eight different categories. This year Window Nation is proud to have been chosen as Dealer of the Year in the Innovative Enterprise category. This award program is sponsored by the Window and Door Dealers Alliance.
All eight winners, including Window Nation, have profiles included in the October/November 2015 issue of Window & Door magazine. So what exactly are some of the things that we have done that have led to this prestigious honor? Here are some of the highlights:

- Our owners are actively involved in customer care and have Google alerts set on their phones to ensure that calls are answered and issues are taken care of as quickly as possible.
- We take any bad reviews we get very seriously, and immediately work to resolve any issues that may arise. Our goal is complete customer satisfaction.
- We always read each and every questionnaire on guildquality.com to learn and resolve any issues that our customers bring up. Over 70% of last years, Window Nation customers filled out a form!
- Our 168 employees are all dedicated professionals that work to make honors such as these possible.
