We understand that things happen. Maybe your locks don’t work effectively anymore. Or your window won’t stay on track, but you can’t figure out why. Whatever the issue is, our goal is to save you money. Therefore, having a thorough understanding of your window warranty is important:

What is a warranty, and do you offer them?

Warranties are agreements to address any issues with your windows during a specific time frame. Our warranties vary based on the windows your select.

Is it included on all windows?

Yes. All our windows have warranties. Don’t forget to keep the stickers that are placed on your windows. Some homeowners prefer to hold on to them in a safe place instead of having them on the windows.

What does my warranty cover?

Your warranty accounts for lifetime coverage on parts, but it may not include installation. Warranty types vary based on the type of windows you select, but you have the option to add on features not offered in your designated warranty. Be sure to touch basis with our Service and Warranty department to receive for disclosure on what your warranty will cover.

Is my warranty transferrable?

Yes. Your windows will be under warranty for as long as you own the home. If you decide to sell your house, we provide additional time for the new homeowner.

The biggest mistake is to assume that a warranty will cover anything, simply because you have one. Warranties vary: read what your warranty covers to eliminate any confusion about what your manufacturer will or will not cover.
