How to Get Help with Your Warranty
Our commitment to quality service doesn’t end after installation. If you need help with one of your windows, simply find the manufacturer name and serial number, then fill out our Service Request form. One of our friendly representatives will reach out to you within 48 business hours to discuss the issue you’re experiencing with your windows.

- How do I find the warranty for my windows?
You’ll receive your warranty packet on installation day. If you have any questions beforehand, reach out to your exterior design consultant.
- If I’m selling my home, how do I transfer my warranty?
If you sell your home, a warranty transfer request must be sent to customerexperience@windownation.com within 60 days of closing. At that point we will reach out with the transfer cost, warranty details for the second owner, and any additional information that we may require.
- Is there anything that would cause my warranty to be void?
Your lifetime warranty could be made void if you tamper with your windows (drill blinds into the frame, paint or tint your windows, etc.), experience vandalism or a home break-in, or in the event of an act of God (tornado, flood, etc.).
- Is my warranty transferrable?
Yes, we offer a limited lifetime transferable warranty on defects for as long as you own your home, subject to the warranty terms specific to your model.
